Tammy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been offering therapy services for 8 years within a non-profit agency, servicing at risk youth in lower socioeconomic communities, through specialized county programs overseen by the Department of Mental Health. Tammy’s passion is helping individuals on their quest to overcoming barriers to emotional wellness and building resilience. Tammy continues to build on her professional experience working with children, adolescents, and adults whom struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, disruptive and behavioral concerns. Tammy sees her role within the therapeutic process as a guide and facilitator on the individual, family, and couple’s journey to growth and healing. Tammy believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is primary in the work of psychotherapy, and that creating a collaborative, compassionate and supportive connection is key. Tammy is excited to be working with HOPE Child and Family Professional Clinical Counselor Services PC to provide individual, couples, and family therapy to all populations.
